100 car pileup in Texas results in two fatalities

The 100 car pileup on Interstate 10 in Texas has left many wondering if it could have been prevented. Two people were killed and an estimated 120 people were injured on Thanksgiving after a multiple-car accident on the major interstate led to several chain-reaction crashes.
